Ory Enterprise License Improvements

Base Image Update

Ory Enterprise License updates the container base image to gcr.io/distroless/static-debian12:nonroot.
The previous base image, gcr.io/distroless/static-debian12:debug-nonroot, included BusyBox utilities for debugging.
Debug variants remain available through the -debug tag suffix.
This change reduces image size and attack surface while preserving optional debug builds for troubleshooting.

Tracing and Metrics for SQL Connection Pool

Ory Enterprise License enhances distributed tracing and metrics collection for the high-performance SQL connection pool.
This update improves observability across database connections, enabling more precise latency analysis and performance diagnostics.
Instrumentation follows OpenTelemetry conventions.
